Rodney is the Executive Chef at Amali. He grew up in San Diego, CA and attended Art Institute in San Diego for Culinary and French Culinary Institute for Pastry in SoHo. Rodney began his career in NYC at Tribeca Grill. He then worked as a sous chef at Sorella, Arlington Club, Marta, Harolds Meat and Three, and Blaue Gans.
Rodney met James Mallios at Tribeca Grill in 2008. Rodney joined Amali as the Executive Chef in the Fall of 2018.
